The Criminal Division of the Clerk's Office is responsible for creating and maintaining all records on criminal cases heard in the Circuit Court of the City of Fredericksburg. General District Court in Fredericksburg

The Fredericksburg General District Court is the court most residents deal with. It handles traffic tickets, misdemeanor criminal cases, DWIs, small claims up to $5,000, civil claims up to $25,000, and preliminary hearings for felony cases.
